Cindora Barbara Justice Stoddard, 78, of Dunnellon, FL, passed away on Tues., Sept. 29, 2026 at Vitas Healthcare in Lecanto, FL. A native of Cincinnati, OH, she was born March 14, 1948 to Elmer and Lucille (Roettele) Vance, one of four children. Cindy, as she was known to everyone, in addition to being a lifelong loving homemaker, wife, mother and grandmother, was also a retired account representative for the Internal Revenue Service for a number of years. She moved to Dunnellon in 1980 from Goshen, OH, where she had lived for 32 years. Cindy was a talented furniture upholsterer and well versed tax preparer, and was a longtime parishioner of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Dunnellon. Her perfect day would likely be working with her family on the farm tending to her animals and enjoying her tea. A country music fan, Cindy was a hard worker and was always happiest when she was moving around and busy. In addition to her parents, Cindy was preceded in death by her two husbands, Lonzo Justice and Lee Stoddard. She is survived by her children Joseph Justice (wife Tonya), Duncanville, TX and Jacqueline Justice, Belleview, FL; grandsons Pat Bradley (wife Melissa), Grand Saline, TX and DeWayne Bradley, Duncanville, TX; granddaughter Heather Inmon (husband Chance), Ferris TX; granddaughters Princes Bickham, Dunnellon, FL and Lyndsey Justice, Dallas, TX and grandson Joseph E. Justice, Beverly Hills, FL; great granddaughters Kristina Rojas (husband Daniel Loredo), West Tawakoni, TX; Charli Mae Inmon, Ferris, TX; great grandsons Christipher Rojas, Grand Saline, TX; Christian Rojas (wife Amy), Dallas, TX; Wyatt and Parker Campbell, Waxahachie, TX; Cooper and Hayden Inmon, Ferris, TX; great grandson Avan; great granddaughters Anilya and Amenia Johnson, all of Dunnellon, FL; great grandsons Mason and Evan Lane, both of Dallas, TX and great granddaughter Naomi and great grandson Jalen Justice, both of Beverly Hills, FL, as well as great great grandson Alexander Loredo, Grand Saline, TX; and siblings Lucinda Music (husband William), Donald Vance (wife Rebecca) and James Vance. Friends will be received at Fero Funeral Home & Life Celebration Center, Beverly Hills, FL on Tuesday, Oct. 6, 2026 from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M., where a Catholic Prayer Service and Celebration of Life will take place on Wednesday, Oct. 7, 2026 at 12:30 P.M. with Deacon Mark Manko officiating. Catholic Rite of Committal at Fero Memorial Gardens will immediately follow.
