He was born in Washington N.J., and attended Warren Hills H.S. and later Churchmans Business School in Easton Pa. with a degree in accounting. He leaves behind his wife of 57 years Pearl Lacey, his daughter Kathy Lacey and his son Kenneth Lacey.
Dale worked for Vicon Tile in Washington N.J., Bass Transportation Company in Flemington N.J. and Fisher Scientific in Somerville N.J.
Dale raised his family in Kingwood Township N.J. along the banks of The Delaware River. There he was a member of the Baptistown Assembly of God serving as church treasurer and a board member for many years. Later he was a member of Shepherd of the Valley Assembly of God in Milford N.J. where he was church treasurer and served on the board.
After re-tiring and moving full time to Lecanto Fl. in 1995, where he purchased land in 1976 and built in 1989, he was a member of Calvary Christian Center where he served on the board from 1996-1999. He most recently attended Hernando Church of the Nazarene.
Dale was the quintessential Family Man. He loved sports, maintaining his property putting great stock in his neighborhood and neighbors, the thrill of the open road and travel, and his lifelong devotion to the Church and to The Assemblies of God World Missions.
