Eugene was born in Tarrytown, New York to Patricia Nocchieri. Eugene attended High School at Citrus High School in Inverness, Florida. Eugene and his family traveled all over the world while serving 22 years active duty in the US Army. He served with distinction in the Gulf War as an Army Warrant Officer earning a Bronze Star and a Legion of Merit.
Eugene enjoyed listening to Blues artist Joe Bonamassa, playing golf with a good cigar, blueberry pie with tons of whipped cream and a glass of Crown Royal.
Eugene is survived by his wife Kathy, sons Eugene Perrino Jr. and Michael Perrino Sr. He has 6 grandchildren, Ashlyn, Michael Jr., Alexis, Neleigh, Juliana, and Nicholas. He has one great-granddaughter Eliana.

A celebration of life will be held Saturday, 22 February 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Fero Funeral Home & Life Celebration Center, 5955 North Lecanto Highway, Beverly Hills, FL 34465.
