

Francis J. Donohue, 92 of Citrus Springs, Florida died on Tuesday, November 16, 2010. He was born in Bronx, New York on Sunday, July 21, 1918 to John J. and Katherine (Keohane) Donohue. He was a retired federal agent for the U.S. Treasury Department and served during WWII in the U.S. Army. He moved to this area in 1988 from Long Island, New York. He was a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church and enjoyed woodworking and gardening.
He was preceded in death by his sisters, Margaret Donohue on September 10, 2005 and Rita Joel on July 26, 2001.
Survivors include his wife of 52 years, Virginia A. Donohue of Citrus Springs, Florida; daughters, Christine Grover and husband Warren of Citrus Springs, Florida and Barbara Esposito and husband Christopher of Oxford, New Jersey; brother, John Donohue and wife Genevieve of Lake Grove, New York; grandchildren, David Grover and wife Tara of Medford, New York, Deborah DiVeglio and husband Kevin of N. Babylon, New York and Laura Esposito of Oxford, New Jersey; great grandchildren, Tristyn and Sean Grover and Rhyann DiVeglio.
Visitation, Thursday, November 18, 2010 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Fero Funeral Home, 5955 N. Lecanto Highway, Beverly Hills, Florida 34465. Funeral Mass, Friday, November 19, 2010 at 11:00 AM at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton in Citrus Springs, Florida. Interment follows at Fero Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
