So sorry you passed away. I've known you and Marie a long time, ever since we met in copiague. Then you and Marie moved to Florida. We did see you for a visit in Florida. Most years you and Marie came up north and we got together. You were a great guy joe. Many people will miss you. Now my heart goes out Marie to Marie

There are few words that can express my sorrow for Marie,Michael,Joe and your brothers now that God has reclaimed you.Without you, none of my physical accomplishments would have been realized ,from hunting,fishing,building, & friendship. It saddens me to have to sit and write about the memories we have made  together rather than talk to you over the phone or spend time visiting. I first would like to thank you for being in my life. Over the years I can remember many vacations spent with you and Aunt Chickie. I always felt like your third son. It was not only the fun on vacations but it was the love you shared, the advise you lent and the support and mentoring you gave that has helped me become the man that I am today. When I was little Grandma Emily had pictures in the hallway. One was Uncle Joe and Aunt Marie's wedding photo. All day on the 28th I kept seeing that photo in my head. Both of them smiling, Uncle Joe young and a full head of hair.  Maybe that's what he looks like now...in the Light of Heaven he is that young man. Because as sure as I know the sky is blue, I KNOW Uncle Joe is with Jesus. His faith was stronger than any man I know. I pray I shall meet him there one day.
