Margaret Anne Albrecht

Margaret was born in Queens, New York on December 28, 1937 to Walter and Anna Weber. She was raised there and graduated from Newtown High School. Margaret met her husband Henry J Albrecht there and they married on May 5, 1956. They raised three children there before moving to Citrus Springs, Fl in 1978. Margaret continued her career in banking there with Dunnellon State Bank for many years before retiring.

Margaret and Henry enjoyed their time with friends and family. When they weren’t doing that they were on a cruise somewhere in the Caribbean.

They enjoyed 61 years of marriage before Henry’s passing on June 21, 2017. Since then Margaret was active with the Citrus Springs Civic Association and enjoyed playing Bingo.

Margaret is survived by her three children and their spouses; Barbara and Robert Freebes, Patricia and Marc Michelet and Joseph and Christine Albrecht.

Her grandchildren: Mayor Ben Marciano and wife Danielle, Jennifer and Jon Mickett, Danielle Albrecht, Christopher Albrecht, Thad Szkudlarek, Joey Albrecht, Rachel Albrecht, Matthew and Katie Michelet and Marie Albrecht

Her Great Grandchildren: Benjamin, Vincent and Giavana Marciano, Temperance Silva, Gigi, Ivy, Holly and Noel Albrecht.

The family will be hosting a celebration of life service On October 2, 2024 at Fero Funeral Home and Life Celebration Center at 5955 North Lecanto Hwy, Beverly Hills, Fl.

The celebration of life will begin at 3:00 pm followed by a service at 4:00 pm The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations to Citrus Hospice House would be appreciated
