Mrs. Heinz (yes, she will always be Mrs. Heinz) was always very giving and understanding...she was there for many of us who just needed a "home base" when things got tough.  So sad to know that such a wonderful presence on earth is no more.

Sharon has spoken many times of the bond she had with Millie, from the first BDMA meeting that you guys came to.  She was a very special friend and I am so glad we stopped last year on our way out of Florida, to go to dinner you you.  Also glad we got to see her again in Plymouth, MA.  She was a special e-mail buddy of mine and always enjoyed a good joke and could send some right back also. Our deepest symphaty go out to you Jack, and your family, she will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

One of the good ones; not everybody is cut out to take in an entire neighborhood of wild, punk kids and herd them along with just the right amount of tough love.  She will be missed, and hopefully, emulated.

What sad news!  We will miss Millie at our retiree BDMA gatherings.  She was so much a part of the Baldor group and will be missed by all.   We always admired her for her wit and charm.  I remember her coming in to a Baldor gathering with a (fake) ring in her nose.  She had us all in stitches – to see this mature, conservative woman come in with this was so like Millie.  She liked to have fun and it was wonderful to be with her.  Ed and I are blessed to have known Millie and to have been able to spend some memorable times together.

My memories of Millie go back to when I worked at Baldor under Jack. She was always getting 'in trouble' with Jack for saying something she shouldn't be saying, otherwise known by us as 'misbehaving.'  She would laugh and and everyone would laugh with her while we tried explaining to Jack that 'it was okay, we were just having some fun'.  I will always remember the story about how she and Jon were arguing in the back seat of a taxi when the taxi driver told him not to argue with his mother 'cause she birthed you'. lol.  She would always talk about how hard it was to go away on business trips because she had to behave and couldn't 'let her hair down' like she could with us. We may have worked together, but we were a family. Our customers were our friends. That says a lot for the way Jack ran his business. He put his heart and brilliant brains into everything he did. Jack and Millie were the epitamy of married couples. 
I send my deepest condolences to the Heinz Family. Millie will be missed by all who ever knew her. I loved her very much. God bless you!

Some of my fondest memories of Millie had to be during the time I worked for Jack at Baldor. She was a friend and confidant. Millie made everyone laugh when she would 'misbehave', especially when Jack would over-hear  what she was saying. She had such a wonderful sense of humor and you never knew what you'd hear next out of her! She loved children. She will always hold a special place in my heart; and so will Jack and Jonathan -two very special people to me. My condolences to you two and the rest of your family. She will sorely be missed by all who ever knew her. She was truly one-of-a-kind!

Jack and family - Les and I have lost a very special friend who we confided in, laughed with, learned from, traveled with, role model for Shann, and dearly loved. What I will always remember about Millie was her undying faith, her devotion to family, and her amazing sense of grace and humor.  She always had a smile on her face, a word of kindness for everyone, and she lived her life to the fullest.  My thoughts and prayers are with you today and always.  I will never forget you, Millie.

Although I just met "Millie" in December, we spent many wonderful hours together. She spoke about her children with such pride and love.
