Opal L. Parrott, 96, of Crystal River, Fl. passed away September 3, 2013 while under the care of Hospice. Mrs. Parrott was a native of Norton, Va. And came to the area in 1976 from Hialeah, Fl. she was a homemaker and of the Methodist faith. She was preceded in death by her husband Paul A. in 1995. Survivors include her son Robert “Sonny” Parrott of Homosassa, Fl.; 3 daughters, Rose Marie Lovelace of Sacramento, Ca., Patricia Ann Robinson of Palm Harbor, Fl. and Barbara Pauline Janzen of Sarasota, Fl.; 9 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held Monday morning 10 am at Fero Funeral Home. The family will receive friends Sunday from 4 until 6 pm.
