Rita Catherine Lange passed peacefully on December 30, 2024, in Kings Park, NY, at the age of 97. Rita grew up in Andalusia (now Bensalem), PA, and lived in Albertson, NY, for 35 years with her husband, Robert, and three children, Allan, Jeffrey and Debbie. In 1985, Bob and Rita moved to Beverly Hills, FL, where they lived until Bob’s passing on June 25, 2016, at the age of 96. They were married 65 years. Rita was an avid golfer, bowler, a Girl Scout leader and Sunday School teacher. She loved knitting, crocheting and making a vast variety of crafts. Over the years she made hundreds of Christmas ornaments which now adorn the Christmas trees of her children and grandchildren. Rita is survived by her three children and their spouses, nine grandchildren (and their spouses) and seven great grandchildren ranging in age, at the time of her death, from 14 years to 3 weeks.
