I want to extend my sympathy to the Mosco family.  I was a PCO at Westminster and worked with Ronnie. He was a dedicated husband, father and trooper.  He was always so full of life.  He will be missed.  Please find comfort  from the memories in your heart.  God bless all of you.

Ron - your smile was priceless! When you rented our house 12 years ago, while you and Judy were building your home; I never would have guessed that you and my parents would become such great friends. Kevin and I are happy to have known you!

Mrs. Judy and the Mosco girls I am so so very sad to hear of Mr. Ron's passing. He was always so kind to us. I have so many funny memories of him rescuing me from being stuck in my own driveway, getting a bird out of the house, driving on the other side of Lineboro Rd with the sirens on, and so many more. Ron was one of my classmates (and roommates) at the academy.  Unfortunately we were never assigned to the same assignment.  Would have enjoyed working with him.  A great guy to be around.

   I was truly ill when I heard what had happened to Ronnie.  I cannot even imagine what you all are going through.  I will miss him terribly.  Whenever I worked with him and his group it was always a learning experience.  Will miss his smiling face.

This comes at quite a shock. Ron and I worked together at Randallstown Barrack for years.  Just as everyone else has said he was a great guy.  I haven't seen Ron for a long time and I have missed him. Now...even more! To all the family my heart fell condolences go out to you.

All I can do is echo the sentiments previously stated. I initially met Ron in the police academy and worked with him throughout our years of service. He was and outstanding individual that could be counted on in any situation. He is greatly missed.

Deepest sympathies on the passing of Mr.Mosco. Early on in my career with the neighboring WPD, I had the pleasure of seeing him in passing around town and in my errands to the Barracks. He always had a pleasant smile and words of kindness. May God give you comfort and may your memeories bring nothing but joy and laughter. Blessings to all his loved ones.

Ronnie will be missed.  Our prayers to you and your family over the loss of Ronnie.  He left a lasting impression to everyone he touched.

Ron Mosco was a Trooper's Trooper.  I worked with him at Randallstown Barrack in the early 1970's and he was always the light in the room whenever he entered.  Witty, intelligent, competent and always smiling and happy.  The world was a much better place for having Ron amongst us.  May God rest his soul.

I am very saddened to hear of the passing of my friend Ron Mosco. He was always so full of life and a strong and active young man. We played so many ball games in Westminster.  Ron would be our lead off hitter and he would consistently crush a home run to start the games.  A tough act to follow.  He loved his family above all else.  I have often hoped he was doing well in Florida.  My thougts and prayers are with his beloved family. I know I am fortunate that he touched my life.  God Bless my friend Ronnie Mosco.

Our deepest sympathy and our prayers go out to the family.  We thoroughly enjoyed working with Ronnie at the Westminster Barrack.  He had zest for life which we will all miss.  To say that Ron had a unique way of dealing with the issues he was confronted with, would be an understatement.  And most of them worked out favorably.  Ron distinuishly served his country and the State of Maryland.  What we miss most are the conversations with Ron that always seemed to be consumed by how much he loved his family.

I wrote something Monday but it was not published. I loved Ronnie Mosco. He was a fine trooper and even a better man. He made us laugh and was able to calm a bad situation quickly usually with his quick wit. I worked with Ronnie for many years at Westminster Bks. He took Group 2 and made them part of the  folklore of that Bks. Ronnie and his band of hooligans made Carroll County a better place to live.

I remember it as if it were only a few weeks ago.  Then Corporal Ron Mosco was regaling us (his Troopers) in the galley of the old Westminster State Police Barracks.  This time the tale was about how Ron had been driving off duty in his assigned police car G-30 in the area north of Manchester.  He spotted a disabled vehicle and stopped to help.  As Ron finished with the motorist and turned to go back to his car he glanced something threw the windshield that for a moment stopped him in his tracks.  Little Ronnie, then perhaps 4 years old, had the police radio mike in her hand and she was talking directly into it.  Concerned, Ron darted to the car to discover Ronnie had called the Barrack in a clear voice "G-30 Westminster, 10-8 E.D."  She got it pretty close.  '10-8 O.D.' means you are in service in your assigned police vehicle but you are off duty (O.D.).
     There are very few men in the Maryland State Police that I owe more to than Ron.  What a grand mentor and supervisor.  What a colorful, sharp, fun loving but serious 'get the job done' guy.  His longsuffering and patience with this greenhorn Trooper helped me to realize a long and fulfilling career in the ranks of the Maryland State Police.  God Bless You Judy.  God bless your girls.  All my heart and prayers go with you.

I was fortunate to have Ron as my father in law for 25 years and I am very grateful for that. I used to joke and call him geezer and old man although he was anything but that.  He was a big, strong man with an even bigger heart. He will be missed by all who knew him.  My sympathies to the family.

Judy and family, how blessed you were to have this gem of a man. I am so sad to know he left you so young. You were and will always be sweet pea, I can still hear him calling you. He was appreciated by me and many. Hugs!

It was an honor to serve with Ron as a trooper at the MD State Police Westminster Barrack.  Ron approached each day with an excitement and vitality few, if any, of us could match.  He was a true example of a selfless public servant and was a role model to each of us. He was always busy, but never too busy to help another trooper or answer a question one of us had.  There are many troopers who have had very successful careers because they followed Ron's advice, guidance, and example. He will always be remembered as one of "Maryland's finest."

Dear Judy, Roni, Tracy and Tammy:  Ronnie was an exceptional human being.  I have so many fond memories of working with him at the CASA Unit in Westminster.  We had so many laughs, most of them instigated by him.  He adored all of you and Judy you were the love of his life.  May God grant you peace at this hard time and may you find comfort in all the wonderful memorial you have.

Grief can be so hard during the holidays, but our special memories help us cope. Remembering you and your loved one this holiday season.

I have so many fond memories of working with Ronnie at the Child Abuse unit.  As tough as the work was, we also managed some comic relief, which was usually instigated by Ronnie.  He was such a good man; I loved him like a big brother. Judy and his girls were the loves of his life.  My thoughts are with you at this sad time.
