My condolences to Laura and all who knew and loved him. He was really a great man. He healed me with his outside the box, practical use of medicine.

I miss him. He impacted me more than I can express here in a few words. He will be fondly remembered by his kind heart to his humor. I'm glad to have found I have a clip from one of his birthday celebrations at the office and he is playfully blowing out the candles with one of those sticky stretchy toys found in vending machines.

Laura, Cheryl and I are so sorry to hear about Roy.There was so much to admire about him. I always counted him as one of my best friends in Crystal River. He helped us so many times health-wise that I lost count.  He was one of the most considerate people I ever had the pleasure to meet, and always with a smile on his face.

I'm shocked and deeply saddened by Docs passing. My heart and prayers go out to you and your family Laura and you have my deepest sympathies. 

Remembering those trips to St Petersburg only a few years ago will always bring a smile to my face. Doc was a wonderful, compassionate and a true healer. Ill never forget our many long chats about the industry and how we wished that we could get people to open their minds to a more Holistic approach to medicine.  He had a true gift of many talents and he will be missed by all that knew and loved him.

My wife Lathy and I are again saddened this last month of 2017 with the passing of Roy Horn. Family friend to the Bergs in Crystal River, I got to know Roy through his father-in-law Dr. Carlos Gonzales, I found Roy to be a well educated and thoughtful person. Roy's wife Laura is the life long friend of my wife Kathy.Roy and I bonded, maybe because we were both boy scouts, but I really liked Roy for his honest spirit. I miss the times spent flying down to Dr. Carlos' guest house on Eluthera in the Bahamas. Time passes quickly, too quickly in the case of Roy. I find strength in the fact that Roy fought the battle and passes with courage and faith in God.

My thoughts & prayers continue.  So many lives were touched by my dear cousin Roy.  He was always smiling- usually a joke or two to tell - his laugh was contagious.  He will be missed - taking comfort he is not suffering any longer. Thankful for the time I was able to spend with him.

Dear Laura and family,
  It's hard to believe that Dr. Horn is gone.  When I became his patient in 2003, I got the help that I really needed.  When something was "out of whack" he made it better. When I had trouble sleeping, he prescribed a supplement that worked. So many other ways he helped me feel better.  I will truly miss his "are you sure you feel better"? 
  You are now at peace with our heavenly father.

There is a sense of shock to read about Dr. Horn's passing. Such sadness for his family, who have been in the periphery of my life for many years. When his company installed carpet in my home, he sent flowers to thank me for giving him business. In the jewelry store his parents and then he himself were always kind, even when I came in and was just looking and dreaming. I think of his brother Gary every time I am at that fateful intersection in Holder.  He and Laura gave my health a big boost when I needed that one summer.  He was always kind and caring and will remain in my memory forever.

I'm not even sure how long I've known Doc; I imagine around 20 years.In that time I have appreciated his commitment to excellence in his practice; he was always pursuing more knowledge to offer his patients the best possible care. I enjoyed his sense of humor and admired his zest for life- and I am honored to have known him as a friend. My condolences to you, Laura, and your families~ he will be missed.

When my mother had cancer and I needed information, I emailed Dr Horn and even though I hadn't been a patient in many years because I moved away, he emailed me back with some information on an herbal supplement I asked him about. He was the nicest man and he will be missed. So very sorry to hear of his passing.

Laura, We were so saddened to hear the news.  I will dearly miss my friend and Doctor.  I am only a phone call away if you need something.

Roy and I became friends the day we met.  We attended CFCC classes together and we in Pre-Calculus together.  Our friendship remained.  We both took different paths in our lives and Roy touched and blessed so many people in the path that he followed.  Prayers for Laura and the family.  May God comfort you in ways that only He can.  Love you all.

Words can't heal your broken heart, but may the Lord wrap you with His peace and love and may treasured memories comfort you.
