Vera was born on August 2, 1936, in Lakeville, Connecticut. She was married to her beloved husband, John Missaggia, with whom she shared many treasured years. Vera devoted much of her life to caring for her home and family and worked in housekeeping. She especially enjoyed gardening, a pastime that brought her great happiness.
Vera is lovingly remembered by her children, Ernest and Brian; her grandchildren, Tanya, Tricia, and Corey; her great-grandchildren, Hannah, Abbie, and Dominic; and her siblings, Edward, Patty, and Chickie.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John; her daughter, Fawn; and her grandson, Keith.
Vera will be remembered for the love she shared with her family and the simple joys she found in life. Her memory will remain in the hearts of all who knew and loved her
