Werner was born in Sundern, Germany to mother, Regina Luebke and father, Bernard Luebke.
Werner is survived by his wife, Gretchen Luebke, by daughters Dianne (Mike) Potter, and Susan (Jeff) Ciesielski and their sons Lukas & Nick Ciesielski. He was preceded in death by son, Mike Luebke.
His grit, wit & love will be greatly missed by all. Schlaf in himmlischer Ruh, Dad.
