William D. Davidson

He was born on October 19, 1945, in Melbourne, Florida, to the late Stephen Lock Davidson, and Christine Daniel Davidson.

He was the loving Father to William D. Davidson II and Grandfather to Kendall Nichole Davidson of Ashburn, Virginia.

He was the fiancé of Kathy Bernard of Beverly Hills, Florida, and the ex-husband of Sue Ann Davidson of Fort Myers, Florida. He was also the brother of the late Stephen Lock Davidson II, brother-in-law of Patricia Ann Davidson of Fort Myers, Florida, and nephew of Lynelle Daniel White of Atlanta, Georgia.

Daniel was a graduate of Melbourne High School in Melbourne, Florida. He served his country in the U.S Air Force and had a tour in Vietnam.

Over the years, he worked for Burroughs and United Air Lines as a technician and at Duke Energy as an inspector.

In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing, golfing and bowling.

Services will be held on Friday, August 27 from 10:00 am to 12 noon at the Fero Funeral Home, 5955 N. Lecanto Highway, in Beverly Hills, Florida. After a one hour drive, a small service will be held at the Florida National Cemetery, 6502 SW 102nd Avenue, Bushnell, Florida, followed by military burial.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his and Kathy Bernard’s honor to the Lymphoma Research Foundation.
