Tony's restaurants have been treasured by friends and family, where they would gather to enjoy stories, music, and authentic Sicilian recipes. He would take time to speak with everyone, to share a laugh, to celebrate. He was happiest when he could elicit joy by introducing people to the things he loved and share his passion for life. It was never too late in the evening to make something wonderful to eat or to watch something fantastic. It was never a bad time to serve his church and his community. He was never too busy to listen and offer his counsel. His Faith was eternal and his love for family and friends brought comfort. He will be missed dearly.
A public visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 28, 2020 from 10:00am-11:00am in the chapel of Johns Ridout's Elmwood Chapel located at 800 Dennison Ave. SW Birmingham, AL. 35211 with a Celebration of Life Service to follow at 11:00am.
