Anthony Jack Musso,79, from Hueytown AL, lost his battle with cancer on Thursday May 28th 2026. He was born on December 27th 1946 in New York. He graduated from Bessemer Tech and he retired from Master Builders. He enjoyed playing pool, throwing darts, and singing karaoke at Harry & Billies and Vals Place at backstreet. He is preceded in death by his father Jack Joesph Musso and mother Madeline Stabile Musso. He is survived by his children Jennifer Musso Gonzalez(Rafael) Jerry Musso(Anna), and Robert Musso. His sister Mary Jo Musso-Walker.His Grandkids Kayla Winters(Robert), Brandon Musso(Ashley), Rebekka Skinner, Danielle Musso(LeeAnn), Jerry Musso 2nd, Alissa Moran(Steven), Shedrick Cleckler JR, and Makayla Thomas and all his great grandkids Madeline Winters, Breanna Winters, SheaLynn Winters, Robert Winters JR, Serenity Musso, Remington Musso, Kaylee Musso, Noah Perkins, Thomas Combs, Kaiden Morgan, Isabella Musso, and Jerry Musso 3rd and a host of family and friends. He served in the Coast Guard for four years with a honorable discharge.
Visitation will be held at Johns-Ridout's Mortuary-Elmwood Chapel, 800 Dennison Avenue SW, Birmingham, Alabama 35211 on June 3, 2026, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am, followed by the Funeral Service at the same location on June 3, 2026 at 11:00 AM.
A Committal Service will take place at Alabama National Cemetery, 3133 Highway 119 Montevallo, Alabama 35115 on Thursday, June 4, 2026 at 11:00 am. Please arrive 30 minutes early for the service.
In Lieu of flowers the family request donations to the Cancer Research Foundation.
