Arthur D. Green

Arthur Douglas GREEN, age 73, of Center Point, Alabama passed away on Thursday, March 31, 2022. Arthur was born on November 7, 1948. Arthur was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church and Huffman Baptist Church. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus. In his younger day, He loved to play golf. Arthur was an avid Auburn football and NFL fan. He also loved to do light gardening.

Arthur was preceded in death by his son, David Lee Lytle Green, and his mother, Mary Edna Burke Green.

He is survived by his children, Benjamin Arthur Lytle Green ( Breelyn Montgolf Green), Johnathan Douglas Lytle Green, Charity Michelle Rodriguez (Brian Alan Rodriguez), and Mary Annette Lytle Green; father, Rev. John George (Jack) Green; sister, Jackie Lee Green Coggin (John Coggin); five grandchildren and other relatives.

A visitation for Arthur will be held Monday, April 4, 2022, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Huffman Baptist Church, 700 Huffman Rd, Birmingham, AL 35215, followed by a funeral service at 2:00 PM. Burial will be at Elmwood Cemetery.
