Our Audrey has been reunited with her beloved Mother, “Mama Mavis”, and her Daddy, Ed Lewis.
Our Ms. Audrey Viola Lewis passed away Monday night, October 8, 2018, after a brief physical challenge. Audrey was preceded in death by her mother, Mavis Lewis, and her father, Ed Lewis.
Audrey was only 3 months from reaching her 100th birthday. Audrey’s years were filled with a unique perspective on life, admirable work ethic, staunch adherence to respect, passion for living, and an artistic/creative gift, that touched everything she did. A fashionista, dressed to impress, at all times. Audrey was an avid gardener, who loved God’s Creation. Her life was filled with memorable moments. Audrey served her Country by joining the Navy. She worked at the CIA. Audrey volunteered at Princeton Hospital. Never a dull moment, and always busy. If truth be known, Audrey was really a Santa’s Elf. She was most happy surrounded by Christmas decorations year round. Audrey will always be loved, and remembered, as a very rare and special “Spirit”, who had a contagious “Love for Life”!
