God looked around his garden
And found an empty place,
He then looked down upon the earth
And saw your tired face.
He put his arms around you
And lifted you to rest.
God’s garden must be beautiful
He always takes the best.
He knew that you were suffering
He knew you were in pain.
He knew that you would never
Get well on earth again.
He saw the road was getting rough
And the hills were hard to climb.
So he closed your weary eyelids
And whispered, ‘Peace be Thine’.
It broke our hearts to lose you
But you didn’t go alone,
For part of us went with you
The day God called you home

Mom,
We had good memories and some bad ones. But that's what family is about. We shared good times , get togethers, shopping , birthdays, Christmas. I know sometimes we argued, but we quickly forgave.
I'm going to miss picking up the phone and calling you every morning.
I know you were tired and I know you were ready to go home to be with Jesus. It was time for you to rest.
We just weren't ready to let you go.
Your doggies miss you too.
But I'm making sure that they are taken care of for you.
You go rest now Mom. No more sickness, no more worry. Be at peace.
Love you always
Your Daughter
