Mrs. Thomas was a great teacher and mentor. I struggled with math, but she made it easier for me to understand. Of all my teachers, she has always been one of my favorites. I loved her dearly, and admired her. My thoughts and prayers are with the family. I know one day I will see you again, sweet lady

She was such a pleasant and kind teacher, always smiling.

She was such a sweet, sweet lady. I had her for two math classes in high school. She would let me clean her overhead projector to improve my citizenship grade and I would leave little surprise cartoons that would pop up when she rolled the mylar. I remember her sense of humor and she never got mad at me. We had wonderful teachers at Hewitt and she was one of the best.
