Chandler, Billy N. age 85 of Irondale, AL went home to be with the Lord on August 11, 2013. He worked as burner and welder in the steel industry and retired from J & E Steel. He was preceded in death by his step-father, Charlie Walker; mother, Novis Walker; brother, Ronald Walker. Billy is survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Anne Chandler; brother, Charles A. (Jane) Walker; sister-in-law, Polly Walker; nieces, Debbie, Leigh, Veronica, and Ensley; great niece, Savanah. Visitation will be Thursday, August 15, 2013 from 10 AM until service time at 11 AM at Ridout’s Trussville Chapel. Interment will follow at Forest Crest Cemetery.
