Bobby Ray Clevenger

CLEVENGER, BOBBY RAY, age 75, of Birmingham, passed away Saturday, April 27, 2013. He was preceded in death by his parents, S.D. and Lois Clevenger. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Patricia Hughes Clevenger; sons, Kevin Clevenger (Joanne) and Shaun Clevenger (Shannon); daughter, Lou Ann Newell (Bud); brother, Wayne Clevenger (June); grandchildren, Miranda Nichols (John), Bart Newell (Savannah), Shelton Clevenger and Shauna Clevenger; niece, Corla; and many friends. Bobby retired from Greyhound and was a member of Mt. Pinson Masonic lodge. He was an avid golfer and board member of Grayson Valley Country Club. Bobby was a great handyman and was always willing to lend his talents to anyone at anytime. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. His family will receive friends on Monday, April 29, 2013 from 6-8 PM at Ridout’s Trussville Chapel with refreshments provided. There will be a graveside service on Tuesday, April 30, 2013 at Liberty Cemetery in Morris beginning at 2 PM with his nephew, Rev. Eddie Keith Hughes and Rev. Tim Evans officiating.
