Carolyn, was my Aunt C.J. to me, my Mother's youngest sister. My Mother died 35 years ago this year and she was blessed to have wonderful siblings. After my Mother passed away, my Aunt C.J. stepped up and supported me emotionally, helped me with my wedding and basically did what she could to help me as a young adult, who had lost her own "anchor". C.J. was a lot like Scarlet O'Hara (Gone With the Wind) to me. She was a true Southern Lady, but she was very strong when she needed to be. She was resourceful, like Scarlet and endured many hardships, like Scarlet. She protected her home and loves ones, like Scarlet. I guess you could say she was a heroine of mine . I loved her very much and our family will miss her so much.
It is comforting to me to know she is with my Mother now and all of our other loved ones who have passed away.
