BURTTRAM, CHARLES E., JR., age 70 of Birmingham, passed away Friday, September 15, 2017. He was preceded in death by his father, Charles E. Burttram, Sr.; and brother, David Michael Burttram. He is survived by his mother, Ana H. Burttram; brother, Milton Dale Burttram (Linda); niece, Rachel Powers (Brendan); and nephew, Matthew Burttram (Evelyn). Charlie retired from the Birmingham News.
