Mr. Pace was born in Baldwin, Mississippi and was preceded in death by his parents, his brother Ray Pace, and Russell Pace and his son Phillip Pace Sr.
He is survived by his wife Kay Pace, daughter Sue Green, grandchildren Shelly (Travis) Finney, Shea Green, Katie Pace, Phillip Pace Jr., Michael Pace, 3 Siblings, Larry Pace, Dale Pace, and Doris Wigginton, his precious "Little Girls" (shitzus) Maggie, and Sadie, and many other relatives.
He was a wonderful man who was loved and looked up to by his employees and many more and will be greatly missed.
Memorial service will be held Saturday May 21st at 2:00pm at Pinedale Baptist church in Ashville, Al.
