TEASLEY, CHARLES EDWARD age 64 of Birmingham passed away Monday, August 22, 2011. He retired from the U.S. Postal Service after more than twenty years of service and was a member of the American Legion. He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Frances Teasley; and brothers, Max Linnville and Pat Teasley. Charles is survived by his two sons, Chad Teasley (Sherri) and Brad Teasley; grandchildren, McKenzie Cole, Jacob Teasley, Elizabeth Brooks, Katie Teasley, and Lexi Teasley; brothers, Walter Teasley, Jr., William Teasley, and John Teasley; sister, Donna Walden. Visitation will be Tuesday, August 23, 2011 from 5:00-7:00 pm at Ridout's Elmwood Chapel. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, August 24, 2011 at 1:00 pm at Elmwood Chapel with entombment to follow in Elmwood Mausoleum. As well as flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Association.
