Charline Crisswell Dorricott age 83 of Birmingham, Al passed away Sunday, January 29, 2012. She was born July 27, 1928 in Bainbridge, GA. She married B.J. Dorricott in 1949. Mrs. Dorricott was preceded in death by her husband; parents Charles Edward and Lena Pitts Crisswell; and brother, Jimmie Glenn Crisswell. She is survived by her children, Charles Glenn Dorricott of Melbourne, FL, Frederick Keith Dorricott of Wake Forest, NC, and Marcelyn Dorricott Jones (Dr. James M. Jones); grandchildren, Ocie Bryant Dorricott of Indialantic, FL, Adam Harmon Jones of Vestavia Hills, AL, and Abigail Jones Blackwell (Christopher H.) of St. Simon’s Island, GA. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, February 1, 2012 at 11:00 am at Ridout’s Elmwood Chapel with J. Scott Bouldin officiating and visitation beginning at 10:30 am. Burial will follow in Elmwood Cemetery.
