Cheryl Lee Hooks, age 57, of Birmingham passed away Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at a local hospital. She was preceded in death by her father Ben William Hooks. She is survived by her mother Barbara Hooks: sisters Rebecca and Cynthia; and her cherished cats Pants, Spike, and Winnie.
Cheryl worked in the dental field for over twenty five years as a dental hygienist, making many life- long friends.
Cheryl requested cremation with no public services.
