Christine Maddox Bobo originally of Fayette, AL passed away on March 3, 2020 at St. Martins in the Pines Cottages, in Birmingham, AL. Mrs. Bobo was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Lloyd Bobo (1988) and her parents, William Milton Maddox, Sr. and Ada Johnson Maddox. She is survived by a host of nieces and nephews. Mrs. Bobo enjoyed growing up and being a part of the Fayette community. Her family was involved with running a restaurant, a store, and the cotton business. She and Mr. Richard were a part of the greatest generation serving in the US Army. In Birmingham she enjoyed her work with the JC Penny Company and worshipping at First Baptist Church of Irondale, AL.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, March 6, 2020 at 11:30 AM in Fayette City Cemetery in Fayette, AL. Rev J. Tom Randall will officiate the service.
