Daphne Corinne Prewitt

She is preceded in death by her husband, Paul L. Prewitt; parents, Glenn Eugene and Daphne Pearl Floyd Brand; siblings, Carolyn Lane, Gene Brand, Robert Brand and Dot Trapp.

She is survived by her daughter, Sheila Eskridge (Robert) of Virginia; granddaughter Lauren Gutschlag (Jack) of Texas, grandson Nathan Eskridge of Virginia, sister, Linda Waldrop of Alabama and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives. Corinne was a member of Centerpoint Church of the Nazarene. She was an avid Alabama football fan. She loved camping, going to the beach and going to the mountains. She will be missed greatly by friends and family.

A visitation for Corinne will be held Monday, September 27, 2021 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Ridout's Trussville Chapel, 1500 Gadsden Hwy, Birmingham, AL 35235, followed by a funeral service from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
