Denise Daniel Starnes, 67 of Mt. Brook, AL, passed away on Friday, January 22, 2021. She is survived by her daughter, Margaret Rose Starnes Sisk (Brandon); grandson, Jackson Sisk; her loving sister, Darlene Daniel Black (David); nephew, Alex Black; her precious parents, Edward C. Daniel and Janice J. Fuqua. She grew up in Midfield, Alabama and graduated from Fairfield High School in May 1971. She then went to Carraway School of Nursing and graduated in 1973 and worked as an OR nurse for most of her career. She loved spending time with her family and friends and will truly be missed by all who knew her and loved her. Denise loved her fur babies/her dogs, Clay and Sophie. We are blessed to know that Denise gave her life to Christ and had Christ in her heart. The family will receive friends on Friday, February 5, 2021 from 1-2 PM at Elmwood Chapel Funeral Home with a Celebration of life for Denise following at 2 PM. Burial at Elmwood Cemetery.
