Dorothy Nell McCullers Reed, age 83 of Birmingham, AL passed away on December 17, 2013. She was one of Jehovah’s Witnesses for 72 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred M. Reed; parents, Jesse and Lillie McCullers; daughter, Rebecca Susan Poe. Dorothy is survived by her children, Freda R. Davis, and Joanne R. (Daryl) Bryant; son-in-law, Billy Poe; grandchildren, Jeremy Davis, Lesley (Joel) Lord, and Zachary (Jessica) Davis; great grandchildren, Cassidy Davis, Gavin Lord, and Kameron Lord; sister, Nora Jean Capell; brother, Warren (Betty) McCullers, and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Friday, December 20, 2013 from 10 AM until service time at 12 Noon at Ridout’s Trussville Chapel. Interment will follow at Forest Hill Cemetery.
