Dorothy Ann Morrison Terry, age 84, of Birmingham passed away on December 19, 2023. She was born on February 13, 1939 to James Otis and Dorothy Morrison. She was a graduate of Hewitt-Trussville High School. Dorothy was an avid crotchetier. She made beautiful afghan and donated them to the Veterans Home in Pell City. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gaylord Terry; her son, James Lewis Terry, and her parents. She is survived by her aunt, Judy Canon and several cousins. Her funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 23rd at Ridout’s Trussville Chapel at 10:00 a.m. with visitation held on hour prior to the service. A committal service will immediately follow at Jefferson Memorial Gardens East in Trussville. Pastor Larry Smith is officiating.
