PARRISH, EDGAR G age 80, of Trussville, passed away Friday, December 10, 2010. He was preceded in death by his parents, Edgar and Roma Parrish. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Linda Parrish; daughters, Victoria Parrish Snider (Bill) and Candace Parrish-Ethridge (Keith); brothers, Bill Parrish and Stanley Parrish (Carolyn Grant) both of Gadsden; grandchildren, Jeremiah, Brianna, and Amelia Snider; Ed was a teacher in the Birmingham City School System for 37 years. He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Trussville and the Cahawba Art Club. There will be a memorial service at First Presbyterian Church of Trussville on Sunday, December 19, 2010 beginning at 3 PM with Rev. Peggy McClure officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to First Presbyterian Church of Trussville or Birmingham Humane Society.
