PERRY, EDNA TURNER age 82 of Trussville, Al. passed away Wednesday, July 27, 2011. She dedicated her life to serving her Lord and family. She will be truly missed. She was predeceased by her husband, Rufus Perry; an infant son, Derrick Alan Perry; a brother, H.J. (Bud) Turner, Jr., and her parents, Howard J. and Elsie Imogene Turner. She is survived by her two loving daughters, Paula P. Russell (Mike A.), and Lisa P. Johnson. Her grandchildren; Tyler Johnson (Heather), Jake Roberts, Lindsay Johnson Anderson (Nicholas), and Chase Johnson. Also, seven great grandchildren. She was retired from Alabama Power Company, active member of the APCO Energizers, a graduate of Jones Valley High School, and a member of The First Baptist Church of Trussville where she was a member of the Joy Sunday School Class. Services will be held Saturday, July 30,2011, 12:00 noon at Ridout's Trussville Chapel with visitation from 10:30 til service time. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery. Rev. Bobby Erwin will officiate.
