Edward H. (Ted) Cramer passed away at home on November 17, 2019 at the age of 91. He was born May 10, 1928 in Pennsylvania. He was a graduate of Ensley High School and Birmingham Southern College in Birmingham, Alabama. A member of First United Methodist Birmingham, Edward was a Navy Korean War veteran, retired Methodist minister and retiree of AT&T. Edward is preceded in death by his wife, Gloria Fay Cramer; daughter, Beverly Cagel; granddaughter, Angie Cramer. He is survived by his son, Charles (Chuck) Cramer (the late Judy Cramer); grandsons, Brian (Kim) and Jeff Cramer, David and Terry Kinnane; great granddaughters, McKenzie Cramer and Jilian Frickman. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 20, 2019 at 1pm at Ridout’s Elmwood Chapel. The funeral service will be held at 2pm in the Chapel, with a burial to follow at Elmwood Cemetery.
