So sorry to hear of June's death. She was a dear friend to both me and my family. We shared many special memories and good times. She will be truly missed.

I grew up on 16th st sw in West End down the street from June and her mom. Both of them were so sweet. I enjoyed going trick or treating to their house which i always got an apple. RIP June

What a sweet lady June was! Years ago she painted me two beautiful pictures of matching flowers in a pot. I have them to this day! Manager of the B'ham News Employees Credit Union.

and I remember that she dated my cousin.

I knew June from West end I was much younger than her. She was super sweet 
I believe she also dated my cousin back in the good old days.

I worked with June for many years. She was a kind and loving person who 'worried' about everyone and always wanted the best for them. 
We here at "The News" have very fond memories of her. Lunch at the Press Club, weddings and Auburn victories. She had a love for all God's creatures, great and small.

So sorry to learn of Junes passing . She was such a sweet girl in our WEHS days ,not to mention her great artistic talent which she shared many times with the class . Bless those of you who cared for her in her final battle for life .
