Elyse Virginia Stewart of Birmingham, AL born January 28, 1948 passed away September 11, 2011. She was the eldest child of Robert Leo and Virginia Lampkin Stewart who preceded her in death. Miss Stewart is survived by two brothers, John "Butch" Stewart of Panama City, FL and Randall "Dude" Stewart (Janice) of Birmingham as well as two nieces, Gina Stewart Henley (John) and Tammi Stewart Dahle (John); one nephew, Robert "Bo" Stewart (Angela); seven great nieces and nephews, Katharine Henley, Lily Henley, Brooke Stewart, Zachary Stewart, Tyler Stewart, Jack Dahle, and Ben Dahle. Visitation will be held Wednesday, September 14, 2011 at 9:00 am at Elmwood Chapel followed by a graveside service at Elmwood Cemetery at 10:00 am.
