Ernie has such an infectious personality and would light up the room with his smile. I have been blessed beyond measure to groom his hair the past 10 years. We shared so many stories, laughs and prayers over the years. He will truly be missed ,sending my prayers to the family . Such a jewel of a friend!!

I knew Ernie when I was a teenager nearly 30 years ago. My high school sweetheart was his daughter Brandi. I spent a lot of time in his home and Ernie welcomed me as part of the family. He fed me, offered advice, and even corrected me if I needed it. I never got the chance to thank him for everything he did for me then. I often aspired to be like Ernie because I admired the beautiful family and home he had. I viewed him as a role model and sometimes as a second father. I haven't spoken to him in a log time yet I would think of him from time to time. I will miss him.

I am so sorry for your loss. My prayers are with your family. I met Veroncia and Earnie about this time last year on bus trip to New England. He was a delightful person. He sometimes would move over to a empty seat behind me so he could stretch out. We talked. He and his wife were a delightful couple. I have been friends on Facebook with him and have enjoyed his posts. I am so sorry to hear of his passing .
