Ethel Yother

YOTHER, ETHEL NIX Yother, Ethel Marie Nix, (Memaw) age 90 of Trussville, Al., passed away on August 5, 2012. Ethel was born to Uly Smith Nix and Lora Ella Stone Nix. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Grady W. "Freck" Yother, brother, Algie Nix, sisters, Verna Daves, Beulah Southern, and great-grandson, Matthew Victor Yother. She was graduated from Emma Samson High School. She is survived by her daughter, Diane Y. Popwell (Bobby), and sons, Alton Yother (Patti) and Barry Yother (Brenda), 11 grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Monday August 6, 2012 at Ridout's Trussville Chapel from 6 until 8 P.M. Graveside service at Forest Cemetery in Gadsden, AL. August 7, 2012 at 10:30 A.M. with Rev. Mark Lacey and Rev. Dan Mauldin, officiating. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Trussville First United Methodist Church P.O. Box 426 Trussville, Al. 35173.
