WATSON, EVA JO, age 71, of Argo, passed away Monday, May 30, 2011. She is survived by her children, Mary Hawkins (Darrell), Sheila Whisenhunt (David), Donna Peoples (Johnny), Billy Watson (Tracy) and Rachel Watson; grandchildren, James Nix, Chasity Cook (Brian), Trey Whisenhunt, Justin Whisenhunt (Rainah), Ethan Whisenhunt, Crystal Dorsett (Blake), Jennifer Peoples, Audriana McGuire, Breuana McGuire, James Hawkins and Bobby Hawkins (Kayley); great-grandchildren, Cortnee, Rylee and Bristol Nix; Brian and Adrian Cook; Colin Whisenhunt; Dakota and Kailey Dorsett; Skylar Overton; Chloe and Talon Elrod; Jack, Dakota and Kaitlyn Hawkins; sister, Doris Shockley; and brothers, Larry, Hugh Jr. and Robert Shockley. Jody was a wonderful loving and caring mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Her family will receive friends on Saturday, June 4, 2011 from 5-7 PM at Ridout’s Trussville Chapel. Her service will be at the chapel on Sunday, June 5, 2011 beginning at 2 PM with Rev. Gary Long officiating. Burial will follow at Liberty Cemetery.
