Evangelia Brown Burgess

Evangelia Brown Burgess, was born on Sunday, May 29,1977 and passed away on Thursday, April 28,2022, one day and one month before her 45th birthday. She leaves behind her best friend, soul mate, and father of her children Ronald M. Burgess, their 4 precious and beautiful children, a daughter Ella Daelin Burgess, 3 sons: Rylan Mathew Burgess, Masyn James Burgess, and Kane Thomas Burgess. Also, her parents David and Diane Brown ( Fort Worth Texas), one brother Jeffrey David Brown(Jami) Birmingham, Alabama, one sister Laurie Elizabeth Brown of Fort Worth Texas. Four nephews she adored, Isaiah, Isaac, and Harrison Brown, and Richard ( Trey) Shrader, one niece, Madeline Shrader and one step niece, Grace Wilson. A sister-in-law she loved beyond words, Rachel (Richard) Shrader and many cousins and friends. Her grandparents Rev. and Mrs. Thomas Perkins, two uncles, Tom Perkins (Meriem), Charles Douglas Brown, and two aunts, Joyce Perkins and Lanita Jackson survive her.

Her grandparents, Rev. Lloyd and Martha Brown, and her in-laws Ronald and Janice Burgess proceed her in death.

A visitation for Evangelia will be held Friday, May 6, 2022 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Johns-Ridout's Mortuary-Elmwood Chapel, 800 Dennison Ave Sw, Birmingham, AL 35211, followed by a funeral service from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
