Frances Annette Trantham Jenkins

She is preceded in death by her husband; Gerald C. "Jerry" Jenkins, her parents; Willie Elige and Flora Mae Trantham of Jacksonville, AL, sister; Rose Moore, brothers; Dewell and Jimmy Trantham and grandson, Joshua Wayne Harris.

She is survived by her children; David C. Jenkins (Karen), Carol J. Harris (Darrell) and William Keith Jenkins (Brad. Grandchildren; Taylor J. Harris (Nicole), Jeremy W. Harris (mallory), Alyssa N. Brown (Jacob), SSG Joel S. Jenkins (Erin) and Lily J. Grace Harris. Great-Grandchildren; Mason J. Harris, Miles A Harris, Addison S. Harris and Aria B. Harris. Nieces; Laura Laird, Dawn Trantham, Heather Jenkins and Jill Jenkins, nephews; Dane Trantham, Chris Trantham and Jay Jenkins as well as many great nieces and nephews.

Mrs Jenkins worked for Tupperware for 60 plus years and loved all of her coworkers and was beloved by her sweet neighbors in Vestavia and Hoover. Mrs. Jenkins was a member of Green Valley Baptist Church and taught 2nd grade Sunday School for many years.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 30, 2023 from 12:30pm-1:30pm at Johns Ridout's Elmwood Chapel located at 800 Dennison Ave SW Birmingham, Alabama 35211 with a Celebration of Life Service to follow at 1:30 pm. Entombment will follow at the Elmwood Cemetery Mausoleum located at 600 Martin Luther King Dr. Birmingham, Alabama 35211.
