GRAY, FRANKIE D., age 61 of Clay, passed away Wednesday, January 13, 2021. He was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur and Doris Gray; and brother, Philip Gray. He is survived by his wife Lynn Gray (together for 27 years); son, C.J. Gray; daughter, Carla Ashley; brothers, Mike Gray (Karen) and Darryl Gray (Anna); step-father, Jim Whitehead; grandson, William “Little Bug” Allen; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. Frankie was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He loved woodworking and was well known for his excellent work. His family will celebrate his life with visitation on Sunday, January 17, 2021 at Ridout’s Trussville Chapel from 12-1 PM with his service beginning at 1 PM. There will be a private family graveside at a later time.
