Many people recognized her when she was out and about as working at The New Ideal and Emily Shop and want to reminisce about the good ‘ole days of shopping in downtown Birmingham. She was a member of the original St. Mark’s Catholic Church in East Thomas and Blessed Sacrament in West End. Currently, she was a member of Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton in Gardendale where she was a past member of the Ladies Altar Sodality and a member of The Sacred Blood of Jesus Society.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donating to the Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Renovation Fund.
