George Hubert Webster Pool

George Hubert Webster Pool, 67 years old passed away on Friday, July 16, 2021. He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Ernestine Pool. He is survived by his daughter, Alison Arnold (fiancee, Joey Savage); sisters, Margaret Pool and Becky Pool; grandsons, Brock, Tristan and Levi Arnold; great grandsons, Banks and Maxyn and many other relatives and friends.

He graduated from Berry High School and attended Birmingham Southern College. George had a passion for his work which was restoration and painting and his customers were like family to him.

His world revolved around his daughter, Ali who was the apple of his eye and he adored and cherished his entire family. He had an unmatched passion for Alabama football and was a great music lover and possessed many natural talents, especially music. He had a magnetic personality and never met a stranger. He had a larger than life character and was full of laughter and could put a smile on your face no matter what the situation.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, July 22, 2021 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 noon at Elmwood Chapel Funeral Home with a Celebration of George's life following at 12:00 noon. Burial at Elmwood Cemetery. "Roll Tide."
