Grady Lee Wilson, age 93, of Pinson passed away December 21, 2016 at home surrounded by his loving family. He was a veteran of WWII and a carpenter by trade. He was preceded in death by his loving wife Tommie Lou Lett Wilson and son Donny L. Wilson. He is survived by his sons John (Anita) and Bobby (Cheryl), and daughter-in-law Carol Wilson, 3 granddaughters, 1 grandson, 12 great grandchildren, 6 great-great-grandchildren, 1 niece, 2 nephews, sister-in-law Johnnie Ruth Lett Self, brother-in-law Rev. Bill Lett. Visitation will be on Monday, December 26, 2016 from 12:00 noon until 2:00 PM, with services to follow at 2:00 PM all at Hopewell Baptist Church, 9076 Hopewell Church Road in Pinson, AL. Burial will be in the church’s adjoining cemetery. Dr. Bill Evans to officiate. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Hopewell Baptist Church.
