Grant A. Neel, age 28 of Fultondale passed away Thursday, February 18, 2016. He is survived by his mother, Val Neel; father, Al Neel; brother, Preston Neel and several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. His Graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday at Elmwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday from 12:30 p.m. until service time at the funeral home.
