Jacqueline Lopez Fulton Hogan, age 82, passed away on July 10, 2017 in Birmingham, AL. She was preceded in death by her parents, Mary Ella Naish Fulton and William Leonard Fulton, seven Fulton brothers and sisters as well as five Lopez brothers and sisters. She is survived by one Lopez brother and three Lopez sisters. She is also survived by her loving children, Mike Hogan, Janet Hogan Foster (Craig), Sandra Hogan Shaling (Richard) and Alan Hogan (Jan); grandchildren, Rick Shaling (April), Leslie Rush (Justin), Phillip Hamer (Manuela), Robin Hamer and Mallory Self (Brad). She also has six great grandchildren; Olivia, Evan, Lillian, Sparrow, Liam and Austin. Jackie worked at Green Springs Rehabilitation Center, the Department of Forensic Sciences in Birmingham, and retired from the Birmingham Food Stamps Department as a supervisor. She was a member of Avondale United Methodist Church and served as the treasurer of her Circle of the United Methodist Women. There will be a graveside service at 11:00 a.m. Thursday July 13, 2017 at Elmwood Cemetery.
