BELYEU, JAMES R., age 54, of Birmingham, passed away Monday, September 20, 2013. He was preceded in death by his parents, Grady and Ruby Belyeu. He is survived by his sister, Cindy Roper (Mike); brother, Douglas Belyeu; nieces, Kristen Brooke Roper and Trinity Mae Roper; and several cousins. He was a member of St. Stephen’s Catholic Church where he served as an Eucharist and was a member of The Knights of Columbus. He graduated from Hewitt-Trussville High School in 1977 and attended UAB. His service will be on Tuesday, October 1, 2013 at Ridout’s Trussville Chapel beginning at 6:30 PM with visitation to follow until 8. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Sulphur Springs Baptist Church Homeless Fund.
